CARE OF JEWELRY
All silver jewelry may be cleaned with a jewelry polishing cloth and/or silver cleaner unless otherwise noted in the product description. Do not use silver cleaner on enamel pieces as it could dull the surface. Enamel can be cleaned with a mild soap and water.

Customer registration is not required to access this site, however you will be asked to provide specific personal information for processing payment and the shipment of purchased items. Information will also be required to access certain sections and information of the site such as wholesale pricing. The information you provide at any time will be keep secure and used solely by alishalouise.com.

Alishalouise.com will not share any information you provide during the use of this site to any third parties, except when required by law, be it regulation, warrant, subpoena or court order.

Alishalouise.com reserves the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order and or personal information. We also reserve the right to cancel any account or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or illegal activity. This is done for the protection of you the customer as well as alishalouise.com. If alishalouise.com exercises the right to cancel any order based on suspicion of fraud or illegal activity, any payment received and processed at that time will be returned to the buyer.

Alishalouise.com reserves the right to amend these policies at any time; any changes will be posted online within the “Customer Service” section of this web site so that you are always informed of the policies, the collection and use of your personal information and the circumstances under which we may disclose it. Color and Design Statement
The products screen color may vary slightly from actual products due to differences in the color calibration of individual computer monitors. Alishalouise.com makes no guarantee that the product you receive will precisely match the color you see on your monitor. Alishalouise.com also reserves the right to make minor design changes, material modifications and finishes as necessary without notice. All products are handmade by the designer and are inspected individually for imperfections before selling.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Shipping cost for returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all accompanying materials and show no signs of wear. It is necessary to request return authorization before sending your returned merchandise.Please e-mail your request for return authorization, including the reason for return, to:

Subject: Returns
All exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Insurance and careful packing are strongly suggested for all returned items. Alisha Louise Designs will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. All shipping fees are not refundable.
All items are handmade and inspected for quality before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please email customerservice@alishalouise.com within one week of receiving your order.
PAYMENT TERMS
Retail purchases
All retail purchases are paid in full in US dollars upon checkout.
Wholesale purchases
• Please email alisha@alishalouise.com when placing a wholesale order. For first-time orders, payment via Paypal is preferred, but net 15 is possible with references.
• 3-5 week fulfillment on all orders. Rush orders may be possible. Please email alisha@alishalouise.com to discuss the options.
• Buyer pays shipping. All orders shipped via USPS Priority with insurance.
• Minimums: we strongly suggest an opening order of $500 or more to showcase an array of styles and color options. Any orders thereafter do not have a minimum.
• Should you need to cancel an order, please contact customerservice@alishalouise.com within 48 hours of placing your order. Your subject line should read “Cancel Order”.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Processing orders
Once payment is processed, orders will ship within 2 weeks. Any discrepancies in the estimated shipping time will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
Standard delivery
We ship USPS Priority Mail. Delivery fees will be calculated based on the total order per shipping address.
Rush Deliveries
All orders can be expedited for additional charges. Please contact customerservice@alishalouise.com to discuss shipping options.
*International Orders
Orders for outside the United States cannot be made online; please e-mail request for international orders to customerservice@alishalouise.com. All inquiries must be made in English. Any shipments sent outside the U.S. are subject to extra shipping and handling charges and fees. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the buyer.
