EXCHANGES
Each item is handmade to order in our Portland studios. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange the piece for another item on our site as long as it shows no sign of wear and is in it's orignial condition. Shipping cost for returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, but shipping for the exchanged item will be paid by Alisha Louise Designs. Sorry, no Paypal refunds will be issued.
All exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of original shipment. Insurance and careful packing are strongly suggested for all returned items. Alisha Louise Designs will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. To exchange an item, please contact
customerservice@alishalouise.com.
DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN MERCHANDISE
All items are handmade and inspected for quality before shipping to ensure you receive a great product. On the off chance you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please email customerservice@alishalouise.com within one week of receiving your order.
